    Responsible for providing operational and financial support for acquiring company of Life of Georgia. Support for post-closing financial issues negotiations

    Responsible for all actuarial, financial and field administrative support for the business unit. Included negotiation of sale of the company. Overall responsibility for the profitability of the business unit Membership and participation on the executive management team with responsibility for determining strategic direction and operating the business

    Design, pricing and profit management of all new life insurance products over a 30 year span

    Assisting the legal staff and outside counsel with class action litigation defense including depositions

    Presentations to small and large groups including training video programs and presentations at company conventions
